I had the pleasure of dining at several of the resort's restaurants, and I must say, the food was consistently excellent. Each restaurant offers a unique ambiance and diverse menu, and I was particularly impressed by the French restaurant. I highly recommend trying the foie gras and filet mignon at Chez Isabelle – they were absolutely delicious! The variety was really good, and there were no bad meals during our stay, which ensured a good dining experience every evening.

Relaxation Paradise

The Miile Spa experience was beyond my expectations! The aqua therapy treatment before my massage was incredibly relaxing, setting the tone for an idyllic spa day. Nice Entertainment

The evening entertainment at the resort was nothing short of fantastic! I particularly enjoyed the shows at the open-air theatre, where the entertainment team showcased their talent. We laughed so much during the themed nights, and the live music added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evenings. One highlight was the silent disco night – it was such a unique and entertaining experience that I recommend everyone to try it!

Luxurious Accommodations

We stayed in a swim-up suite, and it was worth every penny! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and came equipped with an outdoor private jacuzzi. Being able to access the lazy river directly from our room was very nice. Additionally, the housekeeping was great, with fresh towel sculptures adding a charming touch to our experience. I can't emphasize enough how comfortable the bedding and amenities were, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

Our stay at the Excellence Riviera Cancun was absolutely magical! The resort is beautifully maintained with welcoming staff who truly enhance the experience. The room was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed, although the dining options had some inconsistencies. The pools and beach areas were fantastic for relaxation, but be aware of the seaweed situation on the shore. Overall, it’s a great value for a couple's getaway or for those looking for a serene vacation.

My experience at the resort was absolutely phenomenal! The area was impeccably clean, and the service I received was top-notch. I loved the beautiful views from my room, and the food was simply delicious. The only downside was that I sometimes noticed the seaweed accumulating on the beach. I recently stayed at Excellence Riviera Cancun and had a mix of experiences. While the staff, especially Mo and Felipe, were fantastic and the entertainment was enjoyable, I faced multiple issues with my room and the dining options left much to be desired. The beach was affected by seaweed, but the pools were clean and well-kept. Overall, it was not ideal for the price, and I probably won’t return to this resort.
